Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Times
Our products are fulfilled through our trusted dropshipping partner, CJ Dropshipping. Shipping times vary by product and destination:

  • Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days within the US.

  • International Orders: 14-25 business days, depending on destination.

These are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed. Customs processing may add additional time for international orders.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

  • Free shipping on orders over $50.

Order Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track your package using the link provided.

Shipping Issues

  • If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please wait an additional 5 days before contacting us.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us.

  • For lost packages, we'll work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Address
